Integrate with Remember the Milk
I use Remember the Milk as a task list. I have an artificial integration right now (all e-mails to: username+task@gmail get forwarded to RTM) but that is not very consistant. If I could set all "Next Action" items to be RTM tasks, that would be great!

associate a "next action" description with each email marked as next action
Often the subject line of an email does not spell out the exact next action to do. Therefore, it would be great if we could (optionally) attach a brief description of the very next action which then is shown in the overview pages instead of the email subject.

Make more compatible with Toodledo which is an online to-do list.
I am not sure of the best approach, yet I would like to see a more meaningful interaction with Toodledo.

Have a method to take an email and turn it into a Gcal appointment
I use the GTD add-on for Outlook which has a "Defer" button. This takes the current message and creates an appointment in the calendar. Subject becomes the subject and message body becomes the appointment "body". I have to manually set the start, end date and duration.
I would dearly love to have this facility within GTDInbox. For example I have a message confirming an appointment - I'll see you Saturday at 11:00am - I'd like to have a button that converts the subject and body into a Gcal event (as above) and lets me set a locations, date and time… more

have a feature, where we can schedule an out going mail to the addressee @ a future time & or date?
It's like this. Most of us look into the first page of the inbox. There is every possibility that you could miss an important mail in the hundreds that keep popping into your mail box that gets into the second or third page of your inbox.
Scheduling a mail to leave your outbox, set in at future time or a date would help the sender configure the mail, in such way as to reach the contact, when she's is just going through her mail, at her work place. Say Anna attends to her mail 9 AM in the morning, you… more31 votes -
Duplicate GTD buttons at bottom of email
Sometimes you need to read an email before deciding what to do with it. It would be nice if the Status / Label / Finished / Archive buttons were duplicated at the bottom of the email so you can just press one as soon as you're done reading.

Wish to see projects on the dashboard
I like version 3. I think the interface is much cleaner. I miss the hipster report, and would like to be able to review projects the same way you can with todos and waiting fors.

Support installation in Mozilla Prism
Prism is a Mozilla project for running web sites as a standalone application.
It would be great if it was possible to install GTDInbox in Prism so gmail can be configured as a standalone app, independent of the browser.
It would also make GTDInbox avilable to people who are mostly using other browsers not Firefox).22 votes -
Use label colors for status buttons
I use GMail's label colors for my status labels and they give me a quick visual cue as to the status of an email (red for Waiting On, Green for action, etc). It would be great if GTDInbox used my colors for the status buttons so that I could use the same visual cues when tagging emails.

Add a sticky note to email
Like receiving a memo where you make side notes on a sticky note and attach it. This would be something that you could attach notes to the email that were private and would never be sent with the email.

let me enter multiple tasks
Entering loads of 1-title-only tasks wastes time. I'd like to be able to compose a personal email containing a list of all my new tasks, with the project names and statues.
I'd like GTDINbox to be able to convert this into multiple tasks (multiple emails) so I dont need to enter then 1-by-1. Maybe this could be done with an off-site parser that you could host for premium members.

reply to self or edit subject
when I received an email it would be nice if we can archived it with a new "subject" or title as a note for ourself. Could you create a way to archive it with a new edited title or at least add a button for a reply to self so we can edit the subject an even add a note int the body.

I personally like this feature, but we need to figure out how to make unobtrusive for users who don’t want it. Probably some way to enable ‘timer mode’.
